About Ramblas

Ramblas has been on Nieuwstraat for years, a stone's throw from Caterplein and the Hoofdstraat. A full table, a grill running all evening, and guests who lose track of time.

The idea is simple and very Spanish: you don't order one dish, you order a bit of everything. Carpaccio, gambas al ajillo, spare ribs, patatas bravas. And when that's finished, you order again. Our kitchen preps everything fresh each day and grills to order.

That's why it works so well for birthdays, team nights and family dinners: everyone finds something, nobody has to choose, and the bill is clear before you sit down.
